I woke up and it was August

I once wrote an engineering thesis and I now work as a consultant where the movements of forklift operators and shelf stackers are of prime importance. When I stumbled on this passage I could not help to laugh at its awfully painfull accuracy:

"The brightest minds spend their working lives simplifying or accelerating functions of unreasonable banality.
